Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for my music school called "Rich Music School" in North Carolina. We teach music lessons for every instrument, as well as group lessons like rock band, but our main instruments are piano, guitar, voice, drums. We try to have a very hip, sleek, and modern feel, while still feeling fun for kids since the biggest part of our market is 5-13 yr olds. We still want to look and feel cool to high school and adult audiences. We are a performance based school so any graphics showing instruments or silhouettes of instruments would be great. I'm not sure if I want it to be colored or black and white. I attached a rough sketch of a design I like a lot, but I am not at all tied to that idea. I am using the following colors for my website and school, hopefully you can use some of these colors! 56B1BF, 7D7F76, 42677C, B70505, 5A7F82. Thank you!
