Please do not give the 1 or 2 star(less than 3) for design. it will reduce designer rating. If it is not good, better to eliminate without giving 'star'.

This is to all designers.
- Please be sure to include the address: 2102 Spring Court Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33410 on both the front and the back.
- Do not use too many aerial shots. Perhaps only the yellow outlined one will be necessary.
- Do not crop the photos very much as they were taken by a professional with the whole photo being needed to see everything.
- The tagline about a pool home should be on the front of the flyer.
- DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING FROM MY WEBSITE AND PUT IT ON THIS FLYER. This is not for my company, but for my own house. This includes my picture, company logos, anything about medical real estate. None of that belongs on this flyer.
