Logo Design Brief

We are a human resources consulting company based in the Czech Republic (www.learn2grow.cz) and we would like to redesign our logo. Our goal is to simplify the logo and make it more memorable. Our business is quite simple: we FIND people (through our executive search service), help BUILD the right HR processes (through our HR consulting service) and help DEVELOP people (through our people development solutions). We use orange and black colors in the current logo, other colors we use to describe our company (which could be potentially added to the logo) are red and green as in the banner in our LinkedIn profile: www.linkedin.com/company/learn2grow. The design should communicate growth, trust and professionalism. We have used our logo for 11 years so we are looking for a logo refreshment and simplification more than a totally different logo.
