Professional Services Company needs text entered into graphic design

I am getting increasingly frustrated and disappointed. I have been very clear in what I would like, and despite three revisions - the design is still far away from my expectation. The quality of your previous designs for other customers on your page are dramatically better than this work - I love so many of them. Given how much time I have had to spend to explain over email when you could have just followed the Matrix as originally stated in the "Must Haves", it would have been easier and faster for me to complete this project myself than to contract it out. 

Here are the latest challenges:
  1. As per the Matrix, the boxes are always the same width across the page. However, you have a small box for Afghanistan Financial Services on the back and then a wider box for the text. 
  2. As per the Matrix, the font size for the title is always the same - not half of the title one size and half of the title a smaller size. If you are reducing the font, you have to reduce it for all three words of Afghanistan Financial services.
  3. As per the Matrix, all the divider lines should be the same width, you have one that is longer. The only exception is when using short divider lines between paragraphs.
  4. As per the Matrix, the contact info on the first page should be at the bottom of the page with no divider line after it. 
  5. As I said previously, the title font looks better, but the text font doesn''t seem to match the Matrix font.
  6. As I said previously, try two columns of text on some, one column on shorter text, not justified, matching the Matrix
  7. The color combination that you used, is not used anywhere in the Matrix.
At this point I''m thinking of re announcing it, but I have wasted a week. I wanted this done by today. To make it easier for you, please pick 7 different inside pages from Matrix slides 3-13 and 7 different outside covers from the Matrix slides 17-21, and prepare it EXACTLY like the Matrix - spacing, font, lines, colors, format, case, size, EVERYTHING, even the text if you want, so there is no difference. If it matches EXACTLY then I will complete the transaction, take the editable files and replace with my pictures and text.

If this is not possible, let me know and I''ll cancel the transaction and do it myself.

Happy to explain the obvious, yet again: I have given you comments over and over and over. I shouldn''t have to give you a single comment - I asked you to match the Matrix exactly you can just look at it instead of sending me things that don''t match. In your latest attempt: the two colors you picked don''t match any of the Matrix - opacity/transparency is not an excuse. There are free online tools that can match the font, just eyeballing it is not an excuse. The alignment of everything is off - I needed it to be professional and exact - one column of text is longer than the other, the title is in the wrong place. I asked you to move the contact information down - you didn''t move it at all. I asked you to match the CAPS, you didn''t. So in the end I asked you to just forget my text/pictures and just match the Matrix exactly so that it is easy for you, so that I can then replace the text/pictures myself. You didn''t even try that and just made 1 min changes to the existing file.


Actually, this is very unfair to me - I just wasted a week trying so hard to write and make you understand the simple differences between the two. Now I have to start again.

I only did what I understand on your job brief, if this is still not correct, I am willing to revise it over.
But it really seems that you don't want me to, so I am bringing this up to designcrowd to get compensate to the time I spent working on the previous designs I submitted.

I worked so hard to make it work with you, just look at the long history of detailed and clear comments here. If I didn''t want you, why would I waste my whole week? I would just go straight to hire another designer. Don''t try to make up things.

Thanks for the invite, could you please supply the brochure text again in either a word or textedit document. I've downloaded the supplied file however it opens in Dreamweaver and consists only HTML code! I'm really interested in the job and think I can give you exactly what you need.

Yes, please choose pictures from the Photos 1 and 2 uploaded as you see fit. It doesn''t matter which pictures are on on which brochure. Please use the Afghanistan Financial Services logo for Afghanistan Auditing Services brochure as well.
