Graphic Design Brief

Looking at creating two 4.8m feather flag banners.
Looking to provide inspiration for our players and have a professional look about our training environment.
I would like to use the words:
First Flag: Desire + Hardwork = Limitless
Second Flag: Dream, Believe, Achieve

Not sure of what or how I envision the colours/layout. Professional and slick. Maybe a faint picture of a large crowd behind the words (if this doesnt look to crowded)
Maybe colours like our training gear on our website (not sure)
