Logo Design Brief

I need a podcast logo that will show up, for example, with my podcast episodes on I-Tunes. image size: 1400 x 1400 pixel image at 72 DPI format: jpeg should be in the RGB colorspace. I would like the logo to be bold and professional looking. I have attached a copy of my book cover. You could go with a similar look, but don't have to. The Logo should emphasize the name: Radical Responsibility. I want it to be bold and eye catching.
