Company background: Welfound is company that utilises the power of recruitment referrals to connect Aussie’s and Kiwi’s moving to the UK with jobs in the Accountancy and Finance sector. For Aussies and Kiwis moving to the UK can be a challenge, especially landing that first job. Welfound believes that it shouldn’t be such a challenge. Our aim is to challenge the existing “outdated” recruitment process, by directly connecting the right Accounting and Finance professionals with companies.Brand personality: Honest help Empowered Rewarded Enlightened Logo design: The logo is to be professional yet approachable having a community feel about it. Looking for the font to be curver and bolder yet holding the professional stance rather than too fun. In saying that it is changing a market so needs to be innovative and fresh.Brief deliverables: Pictorial mark (this could be an abstract logo mark) Wordmark You can either present these separately or you could create a combination logo mark (pictorial plus wordmark) Potential company colours:Dark colour - 266, 273, 2745Light colour - 529, 522black - 5185, 5195WhiteLogo thought-starters: The below are only though-starters to get you thinking. They should not be the only options that you look at. Have the “wel” in white outlined in dark colour. Then the “found” in solid dark colour. And written out all in lowercase. Potentially looking at changing the “o” into a symbol, below are a few examples at playing on the idea of a pie. Or the O could be the globe with two dots at either end joint. If the O is not sured then a similar idea could be used as a symbol that sits next to the word welfound. Font thought-starters: Here’s a few ideas on font too. Wanting to keep to the free fonts for now. Want to keep it professional but on the softer side of that like a Twitter or Facebook (techie). Does that make sense?http://www.fontspace.com/kimberly-geswein/janda-manateehttp://www.fontspace.com/538fonts/bubblewumphttp://www.fontspace.com/zetafonts/bubbleboddy-neue-trial
