Web Design Brief

I have developed an eventmonitor for firestations for about 2 years. now i want a redesign of this montor. i have 2 views - defaultView and alarmView. the default view shows the firestation. the cars from the firestations if they are out of order or not, a view from the actual weather, and the last firealarms of our country. The alarmview. Shows specific information about the place where a fire, or a firestation is needed. it shows on openstreetmap the positions of cars, and additional information. I want to redesign this 2 sites. ideas to look at the monitor more beautiful. for the alarmview maybe new ideas how to display the cars in the map, and maybe a better place for postioning. i want upload actual 2 images that people get a feeling for that. the monitor is mostly used with a tv or a monitor. when the people are in the firestation, they want to see the needed information. what happens, where when ..... Hope this is enough information
