Logo Design Brief

We are a commercial realty company (DMJ Partners) and are starting a new side property management company. We need a logo for the side company, Grandview Management Partners. We would like it to look cohesive with our current logo but obviously slightly different. We are a small company, down to earth, love the outdoors, ocean and cool color tones. With our current logo we asked for an ocean, laid back feel. I have attached it for your reference.
