Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for my company which has self-development as a major topic. It should be in a circle form and contain 2 peoples' upper bodies in an abstract form making a street handshake (picture attached). The color of the people shaking hands needs to be different but not black or white. The blackground color of the circle should be RGB 0 126 136 HEX RGB: 007D87. Outside the circle need to be the letters "Coach of your life" around the edges of the circle (not straigth) -> Lake attached Word File.
