Email Marketing Design Brief
I have a handyman business and I want to design an email that will be sent out every month to our clients, so we will need a start design and are doing a home winterization package for residential clients, we are going to sell our "winterization package consultation" for $1 we will assess the clients house for what needs to be done every year for prevention, I want to have a cartoon "ish" look to it and round circles "buttons" with the sign for plumbing, electrical, freezing, cold and etc and a slogan for the campaign. I will be uploading our company logo and name.
Updates
I also uploaded pictures of our van and there is also a list of what are we looking to get it done in the "estimate", we would like to incorporate our van pictures in the design as well.
Here is a description of the items we are going to be selling and that need to be incorporated into the design:
Winterization checkup
Is your house prepped for winter? Get started with a winterization checkup before the cold hits.
What we look for:
Window exterior sealing
Drafts coming in from power outlets, electrical, gas and water lines
Identify energy-inefficient red flags such as in-window air conditioning units left
Gutter: check condition, and/or for caps or gutter protection
Chimney, make sure is clean and shut is closed.
Chimney and cap
Vent cover condition, and attachment to chimney or vent pipes.
Plumbing shut off valves
Loose siding, flashing, and trim
Recommendations for preventive measures, where applicable:
Offer suggestions to homeowner about different new products that can help their house be more energy efficient and sealed for winter as of:
Spray insulation, that can be applied to the walls to prevent cold climate. (example of )
Recommend preventive measures such as roof cables to prevent snow build up of ice dams.
Inspect and reinforce railings (Deck, exterior stairs)
AVOID:
Expensive plumbing repairs from frozen pipes
High energy bills from not properly sealed insulated doors and windows
Hazards from dangerous falling gutter ice dams
