Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a gourmet and wood fired pizza shop we are starting up. We want a design that can be ultimately cut out onto sheet steel so it can be backlit as signage outside of the shop, as well as looking great in other mediums such as print. We would like the shop name, Blaze, to be in bold unfussy font, and then perhaps a pizza rocker or some kind of graphic shape that can be easily cut out as needed. We think a stylised fire or pizza oven would be too fussy and unable to be translated into a steel cut out.

Target Market(s)

People who are after quality food, higher quality than the average run of the mill pizza. People with discretionary spending money who are after quality, honest food. Not pretentious however.
