Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for our industry association "The Refrigeration Professionals Guild of New Zealand". We provide industry support for our members, technical bulletins and act as collective voice for regulation and discussion with other affiliate unions. Colour suggestions are blue and white, or even red and white The final product must represent solidarity, professionalism and the high caliber of our members. Note: We don not want any snowflakes please. Attached files is a refrigeration diagram and other logos that may be usefull as inspiration. I quiet like the tidy HQ box style as which could be altered to suggest pipes that are changing temperature from blue to red gradients.
