Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for a harness for cats. It's called the cat shackle so I would like a picture of a cat in a prison uniform depicting a cat in shackles. I'm thinking the cat in black and white but the letters can be in color. The cat should be cartoon looking, and cute. I want the cat to look happy, not sad or scared. I don't want the cat to be wearing a harness, just shackles.
