Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for our new company called Engaging Dynamics. We are based in the Netherlands and serve clients in the Netherlands but also International.
We help develop organizations by using our method called Engaging Dynamics. This method works with the basic rule that all efficient connections we have, always exits out of 3 roles: Someone that wants something (the Initiator), someone that does something (the Actor) and someone that supports this process (the Enabler).
By organizing the departments and people in your organization in these triangles, everything will be organized towards the primary process. The biggest treasure companies have are their people. by placing them in the right role and making them aware of this role, they will be able to really use each other and connect.
Organizations will be efficient, strong, and finally aiming the real true goal instead of losing themselves in internal breaks.

The triangle is crucial in the design.
as a synonym we sometimes use pictures of a triangle pile of pigment. Pigment is the base of paint, the basic ingredient of the color it has in itself.
In our training we use triangles with dark read dots at the place of the Initiator, Actor and Enabler,
