Brochure Design Brief

We need a brochure for an up coming sportsman show in Penn. Our Web Address is http://foxcarletonpond.com/.

Id like the brochure to direct the consumer to the website. We want to promote Fishing principally, Our secondary developing markets are, Mountain biking, Family Camping, Hiking, Hunting, Leaf Peeping ATVing, Photography, sight seeing.

Fly Fishing should emphasise our private pond with an abundance of rainbow and brook trout, but also highlight the areas other fishing opportunities

Fox Carlton Pond is arguably one of the finest privately owned trout ponds in the state. Our fish spawn on the springs as well as up the inlet each year. The pond has brook trout and rainbow trout. In addition to natural spawning we stock the pond with rainbow’s and brook trout. We own 1800 feet along the Sandy River, which has brown trout as well as brook trout. Fox Carlton Pond is a fly fishing only, catch and release, 5 acre pond. In addition to our 63 acres of hiking we are adjacent to Fly Rod Crosby’s Trail. We have access to state ATV trails that can take you to Rangeley, Eustis, Coos Canyon, Strong, Temple, etc. We have 4 cabins that can sleep a maximum of 14 people. Because we want our guests to have a memorable outing, fishing is limited to those who are spending the night with us.

Our limited seasons begin with fishing the second weekend in June and ends the 30th of June.

Hunting seasons begins with our cast and blast day the beginning of bird hunting season and ends after bear and moose season.

We are located approximately 5 miles off Rt 4 on the way to Rangeley in Phillips, Me. You can find us in the Maine Gazatter map. We are in the process of developing a web page.


Adventures

ATV Trails & Tours
Access to ATV trails from property. Follow trails to Rangeley and Stratton. Ride to Strong to the White Elephant Restaurant or to Phillips to 5 K Pizza. Take the trail to Coos Canyon or Webb Lake area.

Fall Foliage
Enjoy spectacular views and fall colors with ATV and auto rides or hike about.

Fishing – Fly fish Fox Carlton Pond (Catch and Release) This is a private pond therefore no fishing license is required. There is abundant wildlife that habitat the pond. There is an active beaver house, duck fly ins, turtles, an occasional eagle, Moose or deer wander by.
Sandy River runs adjacent to our property where you can catch brown trout, brook trout.
Rangeley Lakes Region - a short 45 minute drive where you can fish the small ponds, streams or troll Rangeley Lake and Oquossic Lake, Cupsuptic Lake, with your boat.

Ride the zip lines at Sugarloaf Mountain – a short 45 minute drive
Kiak the Sandy River – adjacent to Fox Carlton
Hike to Daggett Rock

Mingo Springs - Rangeley - 45 minutes away

Hiking
Take a morning/evening hike around the pond. Check out the area where the fish spawn. Bring you coffee with you to enjoy the serenity at the pond inlet.
