Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for my new electrical contracting business. I work in the north west of Australia, a small remote town call Broome. As my surname is Oakes I would like to incorporate a oak tree in the design.
I was thinking to keep the design pretty simple. I would like a design that has an oak tree and a stick man with his arm out reached pointing towards to tree. Between the stick mans hand and the upper part of the tree I would like to see a spark.
The spark obviously to resemble electricity
Oak tree because of my surname and
Stick man, well thats me.
Underneath the design I would like it to say Oakec Electrical

Target Market(s)

Real estate electrical maintenance (domestic and commercial)
Remote community work.
Solar power installs on domestic housing, customer will be power provider
