Logo Design Brief
We need a pictorial/combination logo for a Hawaii law firm called "Macanas Law Firm"
We provide estate planning (e.g., wills, trusts, business planning) services for clients throughout the Hawaiian islands. Our core values are service, integrity, families, community, and a respect for the islands and our heritage.
We would like to see designs that utilize different shades of sea green, green/blue, turquoise, dark/green dark/blue, and white and shades of gray. We envision using something unique to the state of Hawaii such as Hawaiian plants (an example is the logo for ASB/American Savings Bank) or Hawaiian patterns (an example is the logo for HMAA/Hawaiian Medical Assurance Association) or maybe a historical background such as a silhouette of a sugar mill factory or a large gear shift used in a sugar mill (sugar mills are a remnant of Hawaii's past and a symbol of hard working and industrious communities).

Requirements
Nice to have
- We would like to see designs that utilize different shades of dark sea green, dark green blue, darker turquoise, dark/green dark/blue, and white and shades of gray.
Should not have
- We have considered them, but would prefer a logo that does not include: gavels, scales, law books, people, oak trees, dogs, Hawaiian pictographs, or maps of the island chain.
