Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for my education company - Think Healthcare

The company provides health care education/professional development for clinicians (Doctors, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Nurses, kinesiologists)

I am looking for a professional logo design that communicates innovation, evidence, learning, clinical development and practice development. I would like to use colors like blue and dark green although I am open to other colors.

I do not want pictures or art in my logo (or at least I don't want too much if there is any).
