Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for a company based in Luxembourg called "NAYMA". I am doing commissioning of Electrical Offshore SubStations and other electrical plants. The logo needs to stressed out the fact that we are specialised in commissioning of Offshore Substation. The design should be modern and appealing to see but in the mean time it should reflect that my company is an engineering company

My core targer are Developers of wind farms as Orsted, Vattenfall , Engie, Tennet ....
The colours I would prefer Green and Blue ( something still special) to emphasize the renewable interest of my company
