Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for my new hotel and commercial real estate development company, Ayersteia Capital. Ayersteia is a wordplay on the base word “aristeia”, which in Ancient Greek centers around the meaning of “excellence”, but further...”a warriors finest moment of glory in war” or “performing at the peak of one’s potential after a long struggle”. This word is then customized with my last name, Ayers, to create the word and company name: Ayersteia. I would like a logo that captures the essence of aristeia... victory, warrior, peak performance, reaching potential, etc.
