Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a startup company for designer apparel, that translates across multiple forms of media. The logo should be sleek and sophisticated with a hint of modernism and focus on the letters "D" and "B" in the company name "De Belén." This logo will be used in garment design, and possibly as two parts of belt buckles, buttons and etc. or other apparel. The idea is to produce an iconic look that will work as a single product or in conjunction with the company name spelled out. Please see attached slides (Slide 1, particularly) for ideas, which is an idea of what we are envisioning for our marketing efforts. The color palette and type should reflect a clean and classic look, with a hint of modernism.
