Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for a private kidney specialty kidney clinic. I treat patients with kidney diseases. I would like to combine the shape of kidneys with something that links them to New Zealand like the silver fern.

I want the design to be have a fresh, modern, vibrant feel that would be quite attractive to the eyes and look great when used on the company website, letter head, business card. If the logo has a slightly abstract feel to it that would be great too.
