Logo Design Brief

As we are about to move into new premises, we want to change our existing logo to better reflect who we are and what we do. We are a small artisan bakery based in Christchurch, New Zealand, making top quality sourdough bread and French pastries. All our products are made by hand using traditional techniques.
We've already worked on the logo, redrawing the bird and changing the fonts. We like the fonts (lowercase Bellbird and capital BAKED GOODS or BAKERY) and the bird with the baguette under its wing, however we think it still looks too childish, not very refined. If you think the baguette is no good, we're happy to consider alternatives.
We want our logo to reflect the high quality of our products as well as the craft that goes in making them.
