Must have

• The project looks and feels like a brick walk up apartment building that could be found in New York or London. Given the old fashioned feeling of the building, we wanted to call on some British history with Sir Winston Churchill and Neville Chamberlain, who between them had some stylistic elements to their attire: top hats, mustaches, monocles, bow ties, cigars. While we certainly aren't looking for all of these elements in the logo, one or two would likely enhance and give character.

• Not a lot of color. Black, white and grey are likely all that is not needed.
