Logo Design Brief

UPDATE: I have uploaded a symbol i would like either on the left side of the text or above the text. The symbol is sort of something i would like.Please use you imagination. i don't like houses or the lettering nbc.

We are looking for a logo for a new business. We have an exisiting business with a logo already, We would like the same colour pallet as the style guide attached (Onkar_Style_Guide_01 (1)-2.pdf) but like the logo concept in the brand document (ON_Onkar_Real_Estate_Brand_01-2.pdf) we like the logo graphic and the text of onkar.

The business is called "New Build Concierge"

We have no tagline or slogan. We are a company that helps people find land and/or find a home builder. We will do all the hard work of getting quotes for the client and presenting the best solution to the client.
