Logo Design Brief

We are looking for a logo for our real estate team in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The team name is "Your Hometown Team." We like something that incorporates a house, or a key. And something the can be replicated among various marketing/branded materials (t shirt, hat, pen, cards, flyers, etc.). We like gray, red, black, yellow, white but are open to colors. We though incorporating the Zia symbol would be nice.
