Logo Design Brief

We are looking to have a logo created for our new website. We are selling a new phase of luxury residences by the water in the heart of Lora Bay, Ontario, Canada. We would like the logo to be sophisticated and elegant yet contemporary and sleek. We need the logo to reflect our work; Detail oriented, innovative, and prestigious. The completed phase will have about 7 residence in total. In addition to building a residence we are also offering a lifestyle. These residence will probably be secondary home. We will offer a concierge service to the homeowner, a lifestyle (ski, gold, boating, winery...)
