I have gone through the details you shared and tried to understand what you shared in the document with the reference links.

I suggest you one thing - if you can please make a wire-frame of your expectations with dummy data as you have done to explain Upload project project on other project on which we are working.

The reason behind this: You know your tool well and you know what is important for your target customers so your visualization can be better than us.

And by having instructions with wire-frame can give you best results as designers have focus on UI/UX part which is their expertise and they can get you more efficient results.

Or share us working module of your tool with dummy data and username/password so we can get you best out of us.

With my working experience I am sharing this as I have get good results to many clients.
