Graphic Design Brief

My family and I own Aikman Wildlife Adventure. It is a drive-thru/walk-thru wildlife park in Arcola, IL. One of the new exhibits we would like to have in our learning center is Prehistoric vs. Present. We would be taking replica skulls of some of our animals and putting them next to prehistoric skulls of a similar animal. We are then taking it another step further with 1/10th – 1/20th scale models to be an even more detailed comparison.

What we would be looking for is the signage art. Our thoughts were “Prehistoric vs. Present” text in a eye-catching type font and split the back ground in half essentially. One side would have prehistoric animals like wooly mammoth, wooly rhino, saber-tooth tiger, short-faced bear and a few others, with the bigger animals in the back and smaller in the front. On the other side would be todays animals like an elephant, rhino, tiger, hyena, black bear and maybe a couple of others.

Requirements

Must have

• Professional looking images of both prehistoric (no dinosaurs) and present animals. Animals must be in color.

Nice to have

• Woolly mammoth, saber-tooth cat, short faced bear on one side and elephant, tiger and black bear on the other. Each side would have their backs facing each other behind the text of
• Prehistoric
• vs.
• Present

Should not have

• No cartoon looking animals and no black and white animals.
