Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for he Detective Wenjian Liu Foundation which was formed in memory of New York Police Department Detective Wenjian Liu who was shot and killed in the line of duty in a marked patrol car on December of 2014. The Foundation's mission embodies the character and values of Detective Liu. The Foundation strivers to positively impact the lives of first responders, military service members and their families who suffer distress from traumatic episodes encountered in fulfilling their duty of protecting the community and the country. The Foundation in carrying out is mission also endeavors to positively impact dogs through rescue, care and training to serve as therapy dogs.
