We upload a file with the name of the system and the image we have been using (improvements welcome) also our company logo and the contents for the sections that we specify in the brief.

The contents are in spanish since the target market is in Mexico.

About the size of the brochure, we have considered half the size of the letter paper about 108mm by 139mm, in a landscape format, but we are open for suggestions.

We just upload a second file that includes some images of the system, we don''t have specific images for the brochure, and we thought that this must be selected by the designers.


We understand your comment about the  text, the images that could be use are like: people using a computer, people using a tablet, maybe some images of a school, also some image of a data center since we have one.
Other idea is that you put the text in a translator like google translation service (http://translate.google.com) and use it to read some of the content so you could have a better context
