Web Design Brief

We need a slick, polished, professional looking fully mobile responsive website designed for the publishing / entertainment industry. It will contain 8 pages, including the Home page. The site is to be designed in pure HTML and CSS only and to be compatible with any type of server we put it on. Pages are *not* to be part of any template system, like WordPress or others like it. Pure HTML and CSS standalone pages only. No WordPress or Joomla, etc. Website to use our logo's colors of red/white throughout its design. Uploaded files contain a word DOC that outlines more of our needs and we have included our logo file. Please read the specifications in the Word Document attached. We have also included a PDF file with the website specs as well.
