Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for our new small business located in the Macedon Ranges, Victoria Australia. We are a craft distillery that aims to create craft spirits such as Gin and Vodka that champion Australian native botanicals. We would like to see designs that incorporate the letters "S" "J" "D" and a simple elegant silhouette or stylized alembic pot still (not too abstract, should be easily recognizable as a still). For visualization, we would like to have the logo color be a vibrant orange that will contrast well with a royal blue or charcoal background. However, we are open to other ideas that convey craft distilling.
