We have just purchased the tahosa ranch in the mountains of Colorado. The property is 5.5 acres and has a large 4000 foot lodge that we will be renting. Property borders Rocky Mountain National Park right next to Estes Park.
Target Market(s)
Vacation renters - southerners / Texans will rent in winter for snow trips and in the summer families and everyone else flock to Estes / Rocky Mountain National Park
