Web Design Brief

Teammoral.com is a web platform to gather and improve team morale in the company, department. Everyday person is receiving message something like what was your day today and giving feedback, based on that, data is aggregated and displayed. I expect for the website to be colorful, people have to remember it. Will be great if even the logo will give them already positive emotions. I am attaching how it looks currently.
After User gave feedback how was his day by choosing smiles he can review his calendar to see how were his days during month and also review team calendars to see how were days of his team where feedback from his team members are also posted

Must have

• Design where feedback from 9 team members can be shown, on the example I attached calendar with smiles but I think we can fit there only 4 or 5 smiles so for more some solution should be given. How it currently works you can test here http://teammoral.com
• Also every smile(feedback) can contain text feedback also and this should be displayed somehow maybe as icon on smile or on Hover etc.

• If you will check forms on registration process are looking really bad , would be great to have some advice how all of that can looks better , http://teammoral.com
