Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for a new goat dairy farm which is called "Mauka Lani Goat Farm". Mauka means mountain side, Lani means sky or heaven in Hawaiian language. The farm is small scale and located in a beautiful mountain side of Nagiso-town in Nagano prefecture in Japan. We are going to produce artisan farmstead goat cheese. What we see at the farm property is/will be open space surrounded by forrest with cypress and pine trees, white birches, goats, mountains and big clear sky. My house and the commercial building which includes cheese room, milking parlor, goat barn, and shop are under construction now, and they will be old american farm style in forrest green with white trims. I am going to sell farm related items such as T-shirts with farm logo on it so I want the logo design that can look nice when its embossed, and both man and women like it. Although the farm is located in country side of Japan, I am going to add Hawaiian taste on it so I want a tiny bit of "something Hawaii" in the logo. Please add a goat/goats in the logo but NO HORNS. I'm attaching photos of my farm property and my female goats and the babies, and also some logos I liked (I worked at Hawaii Island Goat Dairy) I also want "Nagiso", the name of the town, somewhere in the logo.
