1. Guaranteeing payment is actually done via DesignCrowd's portal and should be visible on your project page. On my end it says the project is not guaranteed.

B. WHICH CODING ARE YOU GOING TO USE
I code using HTML+CSS+Javascript which I design and build using Webflow platform providing the best responsive/mobile friendly design (for phones, laptop etc).

I also provide hosting services on this platform.

3. BUDGET
Ideally, a proper/well supported budget should reflect the job and its requirements. Looking at your website, we would need to identify what content you would like to maintain and what should be removed as well as how many pages you would like to have on the website.

I would suggest setting aside a budget of $1,000+
