Logo Design Brief

I’m looking to have a logo designed for my carpentry company. We build residential houses from start to finish. We also do renovations additions decks fences etc. I’m looking for a modern logo that’s clean and simple. I’m open to the letters being CAPITALS. I do not want the typical hammer and nails. I’m looking for clean simple lines. I have included a picture of an idea I roughly doodled the other day. I am open to any and all suggestions. Less is more.
