So, trainers create their profiles ( think linkedin), then list their trainings ( dates, costs, topics..etc), that can be searched by users.
The last decade witnessed a remarkable growth in the Training Industry. Companies are making ongoing efforts to enhance the skills and consequently improve the performance of their people.
trainingpeople.co.ke, a new Online Platform, the first of its kind in the East African Region, is conceived to be a an added value to this growing industry.
The purpose of this platform is to become the “Hub of the Training Industry when it comes to demand and supply”.
