Logo Design Brief

We are a modern family dental practice located in Beecroft, Sydney Australia. We are a general dental practice that treats all areas of dental concerns. We are looking to update our logo which has been a freehand drawn apple tree for over 15 years. I was thinking that perhaps a combination of a tooth/apple design, or a tooth with added leaf motif would be appropriate, however I am open to other ideas. In terms of colours, fresh blue/greens/oranges would work well, however, I am open to suggestions.
We would be looking for a clean, streamline design and an appointment card that would be able to be edited to change practitioner names from time to time.
the appointment card would have the logo and practitioner names on the front and space on the back for appointments to be written in.
