Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new subsidiary company called Simplifynance. Simplifynance is a division of Horizon Financial Group, www.horizonfg.com. Sponsoring company logo uploaded as a reference. Simplifynance exists to partner with couples/growing families in Gen X/Y to power and support their self-commitment to leading a better financial life. This service will be delivered digitally via online scheduling, account aggregation and a living financial plan, all tied to a same-gen advisor. We're FUN, HONEST, GRAPHICAL, VIRTUAL, SIMPLE, AND A COMMUNITY. The primary use will be digital/screen and print and the secondary use will be clothing and signage. The logo should be gender neutral and utilize our RGB's, 2 color preference, 3 max: 91/155/213, 64/200/200, 77/197/141, 72/187/79, 128/128/128, and 207/209/212. Logo will be used on social media: FaceBook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn. Logo should communicate Gex X service, partnership with a well-established successful firm, simple, fun, east, transparent. reference www.horizonfg.com for sponsoring company information. Would prefer an image/text combo and formatting options, where (1) image could be used independently of text, (2) image would appear above text and (3) image would appear on the side of text. Does project include all white, all black and grey scale logo versions? File types needed: tif, jpg, png & eps. We have a current logo version that is only all text, doesn't work well with Social Media, which is the reason for our new logo need. Uploading old logo as reference.
