Hi, Kindly provide your feedback on my design

I like this design the most and would like to select it as the winner if I can have a few changes.

1.The circle at the top with the little circles inside of it. Can we make that binary code?

2. The logo has basically two C's back to back of each other. Is there a way to make the C over the M of Newman resemble more of a K than a C but not to be noticeable just like the C is not the notice that its a C.
