Flyer Design Brief

I am looking to put together a flyer for our available office space in our building. It needs to look professional and it will be standard sized 8.5 x 11 and double sided. Full color as well. This flyer will need to be able to be put in a PDF and a picture file that can be embedded in an email. I have included pictures, logo, and a Word document with the information you should need. Also, I included a bunch of SAMPLE leasing flyers that you can get ideas from. The floor plan is also included in here. I want it specifically noted that the top suite is Suite 100 and the bottom suite is 120. And list their size as well. I will be reviewing all designs very quickly, so be sure to check the comments.
