The current Board of Directors (BOD) shirt who work in The Tailhook Association (part of the prestiges Navy Fighter's club) have an out of date emblem on it and as of now it's not pleasing to the eye. Please create a BOD emblem for a polo shirt which will be worn by executives in the US Navy, and also retired US Navy presonnel on the board. If needed, refer to the website ( www.tailhook.net ) for situational awareness as you create this emblem. Lastly, the emblem will represent not just the US Navy's fighter community (FA-18E Super Hornet), as it used to, but also helicopters (H60s), command and control aircraft (E-2C/D) and the growler community (EA-18G) and the joint strike fighter (F-35).......basically anything which operates off any US aircraft carrier.
Included is a photo of the old shirt, but the old emblem can also been seen at the bottom of the included website's home page. Reference to a polo shirt (colors, make, or discription) which may enhance the design of the emblem is much appreciated, but not required. Navy colors are Blue and Gold, but these are not hard requirements.

Requirements
Must have
- I simple emblem, which may or may not have words attached, to be the Board of Directors (BOD) recognition for years to come. This will most likely be embroidered.
Nice to have
- If a certain type of polo design is best for this emblem, that's ok. The most important thing is to facilitate the idea that all Naval Aviation feels 'accepted' if they were to be seen with this design on them. It could possibly have a picture/outline of an aircraft carrier, but not required. It currently recognizes the Wright brothers first flight.
Should not have
- Not just a jet, not just a helicopter. This design should not be one aviation platform, but bring the idea of multiple.
