Logo Design Brief

A logo needs to be created that will be used to market "Valley Trail Races", a new trail running race. We like mountains, rivers or trees in the design, and we like nature themed colours such as rustic wood or rich greens and blues. Anything looking vintage is ok, but we also like modern art designs. The word VALLEY can be larger or more prominent than the other two words if needed, although all 3 the same size is fine. Sample logos of some that we like are attached.
We need people to imagine running in the forest or up a mountain when they see our logo. Using a runner in the logo could work too, but we don't like logos that look too busy so a cleaner look is desired. As this is in Canada, using a small maple leaf in the logo could be cool, but not required.

• A mountain range or mountain peak to signify running in the mountains.

Nice to have

• Colours of rich greens or blues would be nice, or rustic wood colours. As this race is in Canada, integration of a small Canadian flag or maple leaf would be nice to have within the logo.
