Graphic Design Brief

We are a retirement living organisation that offers a large variety of accommodation options throughout Western Australia.

We require a new corporate brochure template that can be populated with alternate information and photos to suit each of a number of locations. The design needs to convey light airy, enjoyable, modern and efficient retirement spaces that will attract those over 55 looking to downsize to a retirement village. They are joining vibrant existing communities throughout the state.

We wish the brochure template to be A3 double sided folded to create a four-page A4 brochure.

The sample text provided is representative of the length of the information requirements and the general format of the information rather than being accurate as the template is what we are after.

Two spaces in the brochure need to be left for two maps one of the village and one of the location which we do not currently have as yet. Sample placeholders are what we would like placed in these space for now.

We have uploaded a complete sample copy document, our logo and professional photos of one of our villages. The newer unit photographs are obviously nicer than some of the other areas of the village however we do need to include a variety of images, such as the social hall, billiards room, pool etc rather than just all of the new unit images. A number to choose from have been uploaded.

Our company corporate colours are Gold, Royal/Navy Blue and White. A sample of these in use can be seen on our company website www.mcwa.net.au

The final design will need to be completely packaged to allow us to edit the images and text in-house with the adobe creative cloud suite

Also aimed at the decision makers for older parents ie those around 40+
