Logo Design Brief

My Holiday Rental Apartments need a simple, classy, romantic, soft, classical, evergreen Logo to reflect their key elements. Views to the Islands on the ocean, from a space perched on the side of a mountain range, surrounded by rain forest, and its occupants amidst the incredible peace and tranquility of the sounds of nature.

These apartments (there are two or them, each are different from each other) are nestled into the side of the Blackall Mountain Range on the Sunshine Coast of Queensland Australia. The area is still quiet untouched by the developers however this is rapidly changing. Currently the natural beauty is still very alive and well.

The apartments are brand new and very clean and fresh appealing to a discerning client.

The major appeals of these apartments are
1. the enormous view out to the ocean and across the rain forest.
2. The quietness and tranquility of the rural/nature setting.
3. The older style of buildings which are unique and specific to this region of Australia and are referred to as "Old Queenslanders" (I have enclosed some examples of the romantically traditional Old Queenslander house)
4. The mountain range is a very old mountain range and the hills are very rounded (see further stylised drawings to represent mountain shape as ideas. They are NOT mountain peaks typically found in rugged snow capped areas such as the Swiss Alps or Himalyan Mountains. They are also much lower being 300 to 500 meters in height.
5. This is a tropical region with rainforest trees surrounding us. These are quiet different from trees found in Alpine areas of lowland dry areas. (see a couple of possible tree styles included.)
