Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for our new company, which is called 'helply'.
We are a marketplace that connects those who require assistance (e.g. older adults or individuals with functional impairment) to the best quality personal care solutions so they can continue to live independently at home.

We are a youthful, creative and energetic bunch who share in a strong belief of using our business to make a difference.

We would like to see designs (both round and square) that are simple yet bold and use colour/s that reflect not only our culture, but also convey a sense of caring, trustworthiness, compassion and dependability. Oh, and the style will be incorporated into an app icon so will need to be suitable for this.
