Illustration Design Brief

Design lovable characters to identify our brand on a new website which can then be used across social and published media. The new website has been commissioned and some of the page designs are attached.
The pages show curves and warmth, we like the line drawings they have created as they are a bit eccentric, but we have been unable to agree on a style of character to represent the brand.
We need a set of characters for the landing page and then individual characters that can be spread throughout the website.

We are a disruptive HR company looking to change the way people think, behave and progress in the workplace.

• Options to add shading in place of color

• Diversity - all cross-sections of society - size, gender, racial, religious, disability, culture (all things to consider, but we do not need each one of these represented).

Nice to have

• Line drawings on white background - Feel free to incorporate the background line drawings from the current website designs.
• Depth conveyed through shading
• Clothes/accessories to suggest diverse professions and personalities.
• Line drawings also shown with color added
• Colour could be offset from line drawings as seen in the subscribe button on the website image attached.
• Splashes of color in the accessories/hair.
• If using color splashes please use the Company brand palette
